Ours is really good, but Tennessee’s K to BB ration is absurd. And a team WHIP in the .8s? Their staff is filthy.

Florida has a lights out weekend rotation.

It appears that beyond those three pitchers they're letting random homeless guys come in off the street to finish games.

I’ll tell you what I do And don’t buy into:

The starters are looking good.

But the bullpen we are figuring out who can and can’t be trusted.

Bryce Collins had 8/33 of our ER. It sucks because I thjnk He was looking good in fall and spring ball.

My preferred Pitching roles for THIS season:

-Skenes, Floyd, Hurd - Weekend Starter
-Shores/Herring- Midweek Starter
-Cooper & Money - Long Relief
-Little - Closer/Long Relief
-Ackenhausen/Edwards/Dutton - Set up/High Leverage
-Bucknam/Guidry - Relief
-Moffett - Development

-Collins is unpitchable right now unless its a blowout.

To have midweek relievers putting up those numbers is pretty impressive

I think Shores, Little, Floyd and Hurd are in a legitimate contest to see who are Sat and Sun starters.

I think Hurd is going to get one of those spots.

Shores has issues with his PC being like 60 over 3 innings.

Little has looked really good, pretty much all year.

Floyd is improving but that Breaking ball is still a work in progress

Is sucks that Taylor got hurt.

Skenes/ Hurd/Taylor

With Cooper/Shores/Floyd/ Little/ Auckenhausen in the pen would have been disgusting.

Hardly anyone is talking about the fact that he now has an elite changeup. All we wanted last year was to see one other pitch from him. Now he has an elite one. The breaking ball flashes plus, but is inconsistent. As far as I'm concerned, though, it's a lagniappe pitch. He's got what he needs to succeed at this level, and if he ever becomes consistent with the curve, he'd be absolutely dominant.

You’re right his change up is much improved.

He looks like a much better pitcher than last year.

I also Think he isn’t throwing that breaking ball anywhere near as much Vs an SEC team as he is Central Connecticut.

These are the games to work on stuff
