The LSU brass are sticking their nose in the hire. They pushing for a minority hire I’m guessing Bec thr title 9. If these morons force that play imo it’s asking for the 3rd failure. And we won’t see LSU back door a natty. This is so huge w jimbo and sark being n sec soon Texas pipeline could dry up. Riley at Oklahoma saban lane if he stays at ole miss. Get the best coach. Mel isn’t proven enough to me. We need an offensive guru who develops qbs. Bec our opposing coaches are all great offensive minds. Jones wasn’t enough evidence that limiting a hire to 13% of the population over skin color isn’t a good idea? There are a ton of great black coaches out there, zero of which are a realistic option and deserving of the HC job in a completely open search this cycle. I’d be done with LSU football in the case of a random affirmative action hire and I’d think a lot of other people would be too

Pushing for a minority hire? Isnt that the opposite of what they want? It should be hire the best man for the job. Get the best fit and the most qualified no matter what his race is. I just dont see them handcuffing woodward like that with a hire this important by limiting him to minority candidates. Thats just stupid. Let the man do his fricking job the way he sees fit.
