he wasn’t even the cowboys OC this year because he was fired the year before

I thought O was going to follow the young NFL up and comer formula to emulate Brady. Guess not.

What an amazing turnaround for their offense after Linehan was fired before the 2019 season and Kellen Moore took over.

Kellen Moore was the OC for Dallas this season. It looked like we had a lot of qualified and potentially good candidates. Linehan has a lot of experience, but as some have mentioned he was not innovative, but won't be asked to run the offense.
Hopefully he can help develop our QBs. I'm not excited about the hire, but it's just PGC. The question is if he is going to be transitioned into the OC job when SE hangs it up. That would concern me.

Inside knowledge? This guy has bounced around the league for years, and hasn't been anywhere for long, with good reason.
Now if you want to call that "inside" knowledge, then I must be an insider. But I call it "common" knowledge.
What gets ME is how some fans are so deluded with their fandom, that they throw a tantrum when anyone questions the team.

Nobody here would give two shits about the passing game coordinator if it wasn’t for Brady. In reality there’s nothing Brady did that Linehan can’t do. This is a good hire.

Are we going to pretend Brady didn’t completely revamp our offense now because he doesn’t coach here?
