Not happening in a normal hiring process, and certainly not with sanctions on the way. Y’all need to prepare for an Andy Kennedy level Hire.

He made Baylor into a national power and now he’d go to a program supposedly about to experience scholarship reductions, tournament bans, etc? Something isn’t adding up
Google what was going on at Baylor when Drew took that job

Yea he’s in a little different situation now. The guy has a ring. He can go almost anywhere he wants.
I have no doubt he’s at the top of a list somewhere, but there is a 0.01% chance he comes here.
No one knew anything about the baseball and football hires and no one knows anything about this hire either

I said he was top of list the day after. And yes there is mutual interest

I don’t think sanctions would be too much of a deterrence. It’s nit like football; you have 5 starters and a 12 man roster in a sport that has super quick turnover anyway with good players being one or two and done. Throw in NIL, and the program would be back in its feet in the blink of an eye. So what if there’s a one or even two year postseason ban? You’d need a year or two to rebuild anyway, then you have a program ready to seriously compete again. Just need a young-ish coach who sees the programs potential the same way that Wade did and wants to invest his career here.

But everyone knew about the Mulkey hire.

Not a done deal...
Closest thing to accurate in the whole post. It's not even a deal. This is absolutely a fake planted story, similar to the Lincoln Riley/Pat Casey nonsense.

Burner alter isn't even good at his job.

Not saying the OP is right but the link he posted shows he posted about Brian Kelly 10 days prior to him becoming coach.
