You've got 8 down votes. Look at all these "remember muh glory days" clowns.
3rd down late in the 4th quarter...
"USC '79 was louder. Humbug."

Saturday WILL be the loudest game ever in TS I don’t know man. Hester breaking the goal line against Florida in the south endzone was pretty frickin loud
I was fortunate to be sitting in the south end zone that night and I’ve been attending games since the 1960s. That night is the loudest I’ve heard the place. I would love to wake up this Sunday morning and say the 2007 game was the second loudest I’ve ever heard.

UGA '03 sounded like a jet engine.

The loudest game I ever witnessed was Bama 2008, and we lost.

That 1997 UF game was really loud as well, but none were louder than SC in 79. The noise was deafening and you could feel the vibrations. It was ridiculous.

It will not be louder than Ohio State '87.

People are nostalgic as hell. There’s 102,321 in there now. It’s undoubtedly louder now and will be Saturday.

It’s the same lower bowl with a horseshoe upper deck. Only place for noise to escape is the NEZ and straight up into the sky.

Loudest game I've been in attendance for was 2012 Bama. Expect this one to be louder.

All the “people are only there to be seen” goes out the door this weekend... Bama is different and the D White saga only will intensify it..
This Saturday may break records with sound and attendance.

before football games were such a social event.
What year do you think that was?
They’ve been such since my grandparents first got season tickets around 1930. Are you older than that?
