This is the big one that matters. I lived in Austin Texas and it would get to 108 degrees and it still didn't feel as bad as our 85 degrees here in south Louisiana because the humidity was less than 50% most of time. As long as you were in the shade it really wasn't that bad.
A humid Heat versus a dry heat it's like adding at least an extra 30 degrees of temperature
