I don't think Arch comes out after this season. Peyton didn't and more than likely would have been the 1st pick after his junior year, Eli didn't either. Couple that with Arch's lack of consistent production leads me to believe that he stays in college. He may transfer but probably not going to the draft IMO. Most of the rest of the list seems to be more hype than substance.

There is much more incentive to return now vs 4-5 years ago. Dude is making 4.5 million to play college football. Getting paid that kind of money while still enjoying the college life is pretty damn tough to beat.
