That hit is a perfect microcosm of this fricking game.
Pitch before is blockable and Arrambide lazily lets it get by, allowing the base runner to get into scoring postiion.
Then, they get an end of the bat base hit that didn't leave the box at more than 50 mph.
Meanwhile, we've got guys hitting the ball 105 off the bat and their defense is playing the game of their lives.
We are just not executing for shite right now. They are.
