RC is just sour and mad that LSU never hired a black guy as their football HC. However, if they did and if it didn't work out... you an bet that RC would blame EVERYONE but the HC. He'd blame LSU for not supporting the HC, or the coaching staff for not doing their job, etc.

Perhaps you should tell your nephew it’s literally impossible to have a “100% majority white voting district.” Perhaps your nephew should actually study the issue rather than reading angry posts on Facebook.
Right now, we have 2 congressional districts that are about 60% black. They were made specifically to have black super majorities so that the districts would almost always elect black people. The Supreme Court said that is wrong—you can’t end racism by making political districts solely based on race. The districts must be redrawn and will now be likely 40% black and 57% white, which matches the overall demographics of Louisiana.
