Him branding himself and wearing his own initials on his lapel tells you everything you need to know about how self absorbed and egotistical he is. He's completely detached from reality. This should be a wake up call, but instead, he’ll probably play the victim and somehow twist the story into another example of the system being against him.

Yes, as I indicated - this will only strengthen his resolve to change the world - and he'll double down, more socio-political war and less and less sports to a comparatively miniscule audience - thinking - ignorantly and defiantly - that he's making a difference.

I was hoping since there haven't been any softball threads lately that I wouldn't see your shitty posts for awhile, but I wake up and see your shite everywhere.

It is about time. He will likely just stick with his podcast. I don't see a station like FOX or CBS picking him up.

It’s disappointing to see someone unknown celebrating the departure of a former Tiger. Ryan is a Black man who has lived in this country for over 40 years; he hails from Louisiana and is a fraternity brother. Despite going undrafted, he managed to start in the NFL, had a remarkable career, and even won a Super Bowl. His journey is a testament to resilience, and I have no doubt he will be just fine. The Pivot podcast is still thriving; he didn’t lose his job—ESPN lost one of their best analysts. People expected him to be like Stephen A. Smith, RGIII, or Jason Whitlock, but Ryan stands for something different. Unlike you, he is not just an anonymous hater; you will remain an unknown Tiger fan wishing for a taste of Ryan's success.

I’m a white person and after reading these comments sign me up for the I hate most white people! Since they are obviously racially insensitive or overtly racist.

This will likely not be a popular response, but I agree that Ryan is an outstanding analyst. I can listen to him breakdown football all day long. He's very bright and played the game at the highest level. So I value his input.
I have no idea what lead to ESPN's decision, and it may just be for financial reasons. However, I personally believe that he has a chip on his shoulder and tends to view everything through a political/racial lens. He's entitled to his views/beliefs, but I want to listen to his football analytics, not his politics.
