Haha thats funny, I remember when he was at LSU and all we ever wanted to see him do was throw a pass! Now even while he’s in the NFL, fans still just want to see him throw a pass!

I remember how mad I was that he didn’t get any snaps in a 13-3 loss to Florida

Oddly enough he caught a TD pass from Odell Beckham a couple years ago

I kind of feel like he was a few years ahead of his time. Admittedly, we don't know what his passing actually looked like but it seems like in the last handful of years there's been more of a willingness to let the athletes from high school spreads come in and be playmakers.

Greg Ward and D'Eriq King at Houston, Lamar Jackson at Louisville, Plumlee at Ole Miss. If Shep was a recruit in 2020, I feel like he probably finds a home at QB somewhere. Idk it just seems like there's more of an openness to utilize those types of guys than there was 10+ years ago.

I remember when he was a rookienin Tampa and someone called the Greg Schiano show to ask if Shepard would be allowed to throw a pass.

I watched him in the Under Armour all star game, I was surprised how inaccurate he was. Granted it was an all star game and they weren’t running on all cylinders but the other quarterbacks were able to complete passes.
