Not if Saban's hand-picked team-doctor proclaims Tua to be "Cleared to Play".

Why would anyone hope to play against Hurts. He is still good.

I bet his momma wanted to get his issue taken care of now as opposed to after the season. Gotta protect those dollar bills.

I don't care about pride. I rather face the lesser QB.. but I certainly don't wish injury on him...

I don't care about their excuses.. give me a win.

Joe Mixon tore his, had surgery and came back in two weeks this season.

I remember Ron Artest coming back in less than two weeks after surgery..

For good measure, I tore mine, had the surgery and was playing ball again in a month without world class treatment and therapy.

It is absolutely possible.

I’d actually rather Tua Play than Hurts...... Kid hasn’t played a legit D all year.....Death Vally, a fricked up knee...... yea he doesn’t know what’s about to smack him in the face

Yeah I had same surgery. Crutches for a couple of weeks. Finally went back to work at 6 weeks but it took another couple of weeks before I was back to normal.

I'll take a W anyway we can get it. Injuries are part of football. They can have all the excuses they want, i want a W!

Exactly.

It's so silly to start counting up injuries as an excuse, nor do I care if they have them.

Everyone has key players missing. Injuries are apart of the process. Alabama has more depth than anyone.. so if they want to whine, let them.. I don't even care about it. Just win.. However it needs to be.

LSU has so many key guys hurt or suspended.. especially on both sides of the lines.. which is where games are won..

We still could use our best pass rusher in Chaisson. And we certainly could use our offensive linemen that have either been hurt or suspended..

Y'all act like Bama with Hurts as QB is a walk in the park.

Those Gump fricks have beaten us with a lot sorrier QBs than Hurts.

What if LSU plays Brennan and we call it even?

Did you actually watch him last season? I believe Alabama was better offensively last season, but he held them back.

Tua is on another planet right now.. It's more about Tua than any knock on Hurts though. He is a solid enough player to get by at Bama.. but LSU is a much more improved team than the last two who faced him. At least they appear to be so far.

Tua or not, I like to see LSU get after the QB in this game.. but let's just beat State first before going into detail on this IMO.

Took me months before I wasn't limping. They'll probably shoot him numb enough to play though

I had mine last year at 54 so that probably had something to do with it.

He basically beat LSU the past two years. He was the difference maker. He's underrated

Whether Tua Tugafatgirlslabia plays or not, LSU needs to worry about Mississippi State first. The rest is not worth worrying about at this point, although the Nicky meltdown with the media when they ask him over and over if he will play will be fun to watch.

I don't think anyone thinks that at all, but Tua is starting for reason. Their offense with Tua has been the best offense they've had since Saban has gotten there. That's a fact. They probably don't beat Georgia last year without him.

So yeah, I would rather have Hurts than a Heisman candidate. But they are still the best team in the country without Tua IMO.

repair a torn meniscus

If he had it truly repaired he’s done for the year.

If he just had it cleaned up I can’t imagine he wouldn’t play.
