The word over on the SECrant and Alabama's board is that Tua had arthroscopic surgery today to repair a torn meniscus. Lots of speculation how long he will rest. Even if true, I'm sure he will be back by 11/3, but maybe he will be less mobile. Either way, it's funny reading how many Alabama fans have no confidence that they can beat LSU without a healthy Tua.

Hurts beat LSU in 2p16 and 2017. I hope Tua plays with a torn meniscus, and worse...

The fear is so bad that when I typed "tua" into Google, "tua knee scope" was among the top auto fills. LOL

I hope their 1st 5 QBs are out and we played vs. their converted DE with 3 practice experience as QB. Dont give a shite how we win

I’m interested as much as I’m sure the rest of the country in watching Tua go against Greedy, Fulton, and Delpit in what will be one of the stiffest pass D’s he will probably face in his (college) career. Past/present/and future.

It takes longer than 2 weeks to heal from a torn meniscus.

I'm sorry. It took me a few months to get back on my feet good and go back to work.

This. I've had this surgery and I was on crutches for like a month. Then for a month after that had physical therapy. It was at least 8 weeks before I was 100%. And yes, I was an athlete at the time, not a 400 lb slob.

They are saying no scope. He will sit for TN and be ready for LSU.

I refused physical therapy. There's no way that they could push me harder than I'd push myself. I never used crutches and was on my feet a few hours after surgery. It still took me a couple of months before I was ready to go back to work.
