The Alabama thread says Tua worked out with the QB's today. At least he did for the 15 mins that the press was there..

Finally, someone who knows the difference between a torn/repaired meniscus and a scoped meniscus.

If it is repairable and Saban, err, Tua opts to just scope all of the bits out, that may have long term effects in ways such as arthritis and more pain.

But, yes, the suturing is a minimum 10-12 weeks until you're fully recovered. 5-6 weeks on crutches. And any athlete is going to get good PT treatment to build back strength and range.

Depends on what was done.

An actual repair? 6 wks no weight bearing.

A resection. WBAT pretty much as soon as he can. With 2-4 week recovery. If this is true he still may be missing a step on 11/3.

Tua was just on SVP and said he was just fine.
