One thing I noted from the beginning

Dude is on his phone, making calls, networking, talking to boosters, talking to administration, talking to players... and he just seems all business

He really looks and seems like a business executive walking around taking mental inventory of what he like what he doesn't like what needs to be fixed what can be changed

Like a CEO doing a walk through of his factory

Thing that jumps out to me the most is just how empty that meeting with the players was. The staff has done an incredible job roster building since then.
