I always thought it was a given that if you passed out while drunk, that you were going to get tea bagged.

An employee walked by while the guy had his junk out. Now I will get behind someone trying to get something done about the Krystal joint. The employee's should have never let the situation get to where it was.

Maybe the Krystal employees were drunk also

IMO the employee should have stopped it.

Well for your sake I hope your daughter doesn't ever pass out drunk at a party and get sac rubbed all over her face, and have a video of go viral. I doubt you would be so forgiving i'n that situation.

He probably wasn't even aware it happened until 30 threads a day started on TD.

When me and my buddies partied, first one passed out ALWAYS got something done to them...It was common knowledge not to pass out drunk while other drunks were still awake.

And there are employees allowing this to happen? To me the biggest problem would be innocent bystanders didn't stop it....other than the bama guys actually doing it.

Yes, because those employees and bystanders want to get injured/killed?

If someone is drunk enough to assault a stranger with their sack, who knows what they are capable of. Yeah, aint gonna be me confronting a drunk group of guys. Sorry, I have a wife and kids that need me in an alive state.

Just watched this video and must say that these guys are complete douches. Sure the drunk guy deserved some ridicule, but not one person stepped in to say what they were doing was wrong.

The real person they should put together a reward to find, is the LSU fan in the purple shirt in the background for a little while. Dude let a fan of his own team get teabagged.

Well, if it ever happens... I'd get on her arse for being in that situation...I wouldn;t want the guy prosecuted, i would look him up and beat his arse myself. No need for all the legal BS to ruin some guys life over a drunken prank.

And again, Getting tea bagged does not equal rape... and comparing the two is crazy.

For the legal guys here, can this guy get prosecuted if the victim doesn't press charges? Because I'm gonna assume the victim doesn't want to out himself as 'the guy that got teabagged', and most likely wishes this would just go away.

i think pretty much everyone would rather wake up from passing out to find their wallet missing or a black eye, rather than finding out there is a viral video out there of them being teabagged.

i'm no internet tough guy, i haven't led a sheltered life, and i've certainly done stupid stuff when i've been drunk -- but this really bothers and i hope something happens to the bama fan.

Also not being mentioned is that the dudes friends may have left him there thinking he should be safe. Huge fast-food restaurant (only one on Bourbon, if I'm not mistaken) that is well-lit with hundreds of people inside. I would assume my friend would be safer there than passed out in the car on Iberville or Conti or wherever.

Perhaps my anger is unjustified but I'm really quite pissed about this. And I bet this video inspires violence against the Bama fan base on 11/3. Not trying to justify it, but this type of shite angers people to the point that they want "revenge" even if it isn't going to come against the actual individual that committed the act. IDK. May get ugly in BR this year...
