The Gumps in the video were saying he was dead because he wasn't moving. I am still in NOLA and haven't heard anything about this on the local news.

The person was passed out and not in control of what was happening to him. To be the victim of a sexual assault under ANY circumstances IS NOT OKAY, whether it's a girl getting raped or a guy having franks and beans rubbed on his face.

An employee walked by while the guy had his junk out. Now I will get behind someone trying to get something done about the Krystal joint. The employee's should have never let the situation get to where it was.

Just watched this video and must say that these guys are complete douches. Sure the drunk guy deserved some ridicule, but not one person stepped in to say what they were doing was wrong.

I hear ya. I think it's fricked up. I think the guy should be treated the same legally (as should his accomplices) as if it were a female.

I dont think the guy got assaulted...He got fricking tea bagged.
The law may word that as assault, but that is fricking reaching and being over anal as most pussy arse laws are(NOT meaning MURDER, ACTUAL RAPE, OR ROBBERY..etc, etc)...That man came under 0 fricking harm from the incident.
