For the legal guys here, can this guy get prosecuted if the victim doesn't press charges? Because I'm gonna assume the victim doesn't want to out himself as 'the guy that got teabagged', and most likely wishes this would just go away.

This is a weak argument. It's already all over the net. Anyone that knows him already knows, might as well get PAID (talking about bringing a civil suit, not crim). Not to mention, clearly the guy doesn't have any friends anyways, or else he would not have been all alone passed out.

Here is the real d-bag: Way to help a guy out.

I'm not going to watch the video but based on what is described in this thread the actions constitute sexual assault under Louisiana law.

And you don't even know?

So you think he was aware he was getting a sack rubbed on his face and just let it happen. I don't, and that's what you objected to me saying.

I had one buddy that was jumping on a trampoline tell another buddy to suck his dick... Well, my friend told him to stick it in his hand and he would...

Well, ole boy pulled it out and my friend grabbed it and pulled him off the trampoline by his dick.

Some charges would be fitting I agree as well, but I don't think he should be labeled a damned sex offender for life over some BS drunken act.

Well, according to one article, the cops say:

quote:

Police say a victim has not come forward, but if he chooses to press charges, the Alabama fan could face sexual battery.

No wonder you think this is normal behavior.

First off, you cannot see his face clearly at all, so how does everyone know it's him. Second, it was a question, not an argument. Can you answer it?

i agree that he shouldn't have to be labeled as a sex offender for the rest of his life; however, if you're gonna rub your junk on a passed out stranger in public and post it on the internet, there's going to be a consequences. the internet is written in ink, and it's not going away.

No, but you apparently think it makes a difference.

You did not phrase it as an argument, but others in the thread have.

Also:

so no one here thinks tea bagging is funny?

yeah, I guess the gump should get hit with something since it was in public and it was a stranger, but some of you are acting like tea bagging in itself is some sort of vile debauchery that only the lowest of low lifes participate

I see. You're making up things that you would like me to say, and then arguing them. Have fun with that.

White trash, and not quite hetero. Yeah, I think it's fair to say dragging your nuts on a male strangers face is something normal people don't participate in.
