It is actually playing out the way it was predicted. Word would leak out on Thursday with a formal release on Friday. I do not expect a press conference, but instead a short press release around 4 or 5 p.m. tomorrow, so that by Monday it will have buried behind the Masters, now Fournette being arrested, the NBA playoffs, etc. The national media will likely gloss over it.
I agree that any substantive meeting has already occurred and any "meeting" tomorrow is window dressing.

Some talks already taken place. They laid ground rules. Not sure why this has to be such a big deal. Our fearless,leaders sure suspended Wade in a short time why so much bs to reinstate?

Ground rules were set up yesterday. Dale Brown is only person on campus that is in sports department not scared of the NCAA. They used to do my checkups on us whenever we got top recruit. Like Dale said: why can’t a kid want to come to LSU without thinking something illegal went down. He said: in so many words freak the NCAA. Used to be you were innocent until proven guilty.

It’s Will Wade, he tanked the post season and killed recruiting on purpose. He really didn’t want us to win the SEC he’s been plotting LSUs demise since we hired him. Am I doing it right?

I really, really want to believe his statement in the recordings can be explained to the satisfaction of everyone.
I'm also hoping the NCAA won't want to open the can of worms it already knows is sitting on the shelf for all the blue-blood programs.
I'm convinced Wade did nothing more than what those programs have been doing for years. The difference is he got caught saying it on an FBI wire tap.

I was under the impression that Wades legal council was not allowed in the first meeting, which is why he declined.

First it was Alleva and FKA around 9:30 AM on March 8th then it was Wade's original legal counsel around 3:00 PM the same day that kept it from happening.
I'm surprised you didn't know that. It's been a big story for several weeks now.

I've got a funny feeling, Wade's new attorney is orchestrating this entire process. This seems way too thought out to be coming from LSU.
Announce that a meeting is going to occur on a Friday (in reality the substance of the meeting has likely been discussed between the parties).
