At least he had the resume to be optimistic about. No one knows how Jones will work out, but only the sunshine pumpers are excited with this hire.

The “Bo was universally praised” take is an incredible bit of revisionist history. It had about the same reaction as this hire. Sure the pro-Pelini crowd was more vocal and enthusiastic than the pro-Jones crowd. But the overall positive to negative split is still about 70-30 in favor of positive.

I was against it.
There were still a few saying he shouldn't be fired. Way more than the 2 bozos that think Johnny Jones got a raw deal.
