Not one. We need to figure out where we stand with current commits and recruits. Wether or not O is getting fired doesn’t need to be a question when the early signing period comes. He doesn’t need to be out recruiting as a lame duck through the end of the season. That would be worse.
We also need to play our young players so they are less likely to hit the portal and so the candidates see the talent on film. O is in save arse mode and will not do this.
No Joe Alleva bullshite this time. Woodward needs to have candidates lined up through their agents and interviews set before the last second of the A&M game ticks away. It needs to move fast, so the new hire can get a staff in place and hit the recruiting trail with a vengeance.
Make the move now. Today.

frick that. We will lose more money in the long run hanging onto him in recruiting and portal damage than if we just negotiate a buyout and move right now.

Kentucky fan here. First of all you guys are the nicest road fans I have met. Credit for you guys traveling so good as well. I know you guys are frustrated, but it has not been a full two years since the national championship and it looks like O is getting fired. I just feel like the man deserves another year. Look at all the time the admin gave Les Miles. 48-16 overall with two New Year's Six wins. Like I said thanks for being classy fans last night and I sincerely wish you guys good luck the rest of the year.

The only thing I can think of is to keep the assistants bought in for recruiting for a few more weeks.
