If you can’t see that he’s hurt it’s because you don’t want to. He throws the ball like he’s throwing a dart, no shoulder turn and no extension. Even the way he moves around is tentative. All you have to do is watch videos of him throwing up until this year to see it plainly.

He probably feels hurt, but isn’t really hurt. It’s probably something he should be able to play through but is having trouble
He's hurt & it's affecting him not just on deep throws but short throws as well. I don't know how anyone can not see that. He's short arming throws, wincing in discomfort & has no heat on his fastball. The film doesn't lie.

Probably, remember when daddy Nuss was directing Coach O on how and when his son should get playing time

It’s obvious that he isn’t 100% & isn’t throwing the same due to an injury. It’s also a mental thing, but he’s definitely injured.

This. He took a HUGE shot in the 1st quarter of the OM game. He spent the rest of the game protecting his midsection and actively avoiding any contact.

The truth always lies somewhere in the middle. But there’s no excuse. If he’s not performing because he’s feeling hurt, then you have to bench him. We can’t ride this shite out because of loyalties or because of anything else. If he’s not injured enough to sit, but too injured to play effectively, you have to try something else. Or maybe he’s just not tough and should be able to play well through this.

They wouldn't reward a lazy player with an NIL deal good enough to forego the draft AND the number 18.
The 18 has been given to a player that then transfer the following season (see Chris Curry). NIL is also constantly given to players that don’t deserve the price tag.

Exactly but you are trying to explain this to a majority of idiots (not everyone) who don't even know or understand what they are looking at. It's becoming a complete waste of time.
A QB doesn't go from being able to throw a 50 yard seed on the move to struggling to throw 40 yards from a clean pocket. People can say whatever they want about Nuss but what they can't say is that ever lacked arm strength. That's one of his strengths as a QB. This injury is even affecting his throwing motion on short throws which is why at times his accuracy has been inconsistent.
It's also playing mind games with him where at times he's refusing to hit routes against certain coverages that he knows he can hit when healthy. So it's leading him to hold on to the ball or throw into coverage that isn't his primary read but a throw in his mind he can make. The last thing is, he's not going to take off running & risk taking a hit or even sliding to the ground to further aggravate the injury. He's clearly been trying to protect himself. So has Kelly & Sloan. It's why there's been so many play calls with throws at or line of scrimmage.

Did you even bother to watch the video before responding?

You are questioning a QB's toughness while he tries to play through an ab strain? Really? You know a QB just doesn't only use his arm as part of the throwing motion, right?

Sure. He’s a bad arse. He’s still playing like shite.
I don’t understand why everybody’s so focused on whether or not he’s injured. He’s playing like shite. What do we do about it?

Either retarded, trolling or both.

You know his dad knows everything about QB because he was a 3rd stringer for the Saints and is now on the staff of the (0 - 4) Saints.
Not sure why you’re knocking his dad’s knowledge of the position. He’s a national championship winning offensive coordinator and a Super Bowl winning QB’s coach, 18 might be under performing but to pretend like his pops knows nothing about the position is laughable.

He’s the QB so he’s gonna get most of the blame from some but trying to make it personnel or attacking his character to boost your argument is wrong.

Nuss is a big boy king. He can take care of himself.

Because you have a bunch of idiots here saying that he isn't even hurt.

May have to give MVB a shot. They simply can't keep putting Nuss out there when he's a liability & a negative for the offense.

Who cares what other people are saying. Everybody is reporting that he’s not hurt. If he is hurt, it’s not being reported. Why are you so mad about them thinking he’s not hurt? Everybody’s saying he was hurt but isn’t anymore. If he’s saying they’re lying, that’s fine. But you can’t get mad at people for believing what they’re being told by everybody.
And your last reply, most of us pretty much agree on the same thing. It doesn’t matter if he’s hurt or not. He’s not playing well.

a person has to be blind to not believe that Nuss throwing motion and arm strengthy are not considerably compromised. He may be making bad decisions, which I believe is true, and I put that on the coaching staff. Nuss has to spend the next two weeks non stop with the VR system. I think that would do wonders for him and the offense going forward, because it would be insane for all our future opponents to NOT rush 3/4 and drop 7/8 on every play. Our coaching staff has pretty much determined that for all defenses we will face. We have to prove on the field that we know how to attack that defensive approach. I think we should all be very concerned that we have the know how to attack that defensive strategy.
BK said we had a plan for that, but if we did, we certainly didn't have a successful plan or even show an inkling that we had any answers. I think BK was making up crap to cover his A$$.
We will see for certain in the SC game. I don't know how any of us can be very confident any change will be obvious.

Is because he is clearly hurt and they can't hide it anymore. It honestly seems to be getting worse game by game.
The lie is it's a torso injury...it is clearly shoulder related. His passes are weak and inaccurate which will only really show on longer type passes. Shorter passes aren't affected as much.

According to our head coach yes

He acts like a politician and worked for politicians in college. I believe he even ran a campaign as well. Yes, his entire professional career has been in coaching, but those politician mannerisms are rooted in his style. Not that it really matters. The point I was driving home was that he's obviously lied to the public regarding Nuss's injury or non-injury.
