Me either right now but I think this is a 5-7 type of team. I'll give us the two remaining non conference games and I think we win 2 SEC games somewhere.

Ed is likely fired after starting 0-2 in the sec.

I don’t see 5 wins on the schedule
We won't be good and will struggle all season, but many people didn't learn their lesson from last season.

After 3 games, everyone was certain we were going 1-9, with 2-8 being the best we'd possibly do. We won 5 games and beat a top 10 team. Not exactly much of a consolation prize but the odds of winning only 4 games this season are pretty darn low.

We'll get better and catch some team on the right day but say we end up 6-6. Two back to back 500 seasons at LSU? We fired the previous coach for less.

O is on the same hot seat Les was entering 2016.

This team is worse than last year.

They beat Colorado by 3 points after trailing all game, and we're supposed to concede this game? If the team gives up by then, sure, but we have looked at least as good as them.

I think realistically 6-6 is the ceiling, which is unacceptable

ULM-Win

Central Michigan- will be favorites, but def could lose

State- we could win, but will be underdogs

UK- we could win, but will be underdogs

Arky- we could win, but will be underdogs

Auburn- will be heavy dogs

UF- will be heavy dogs

Ole miss- will be heavy dogs

A&M- will be heavy dogs if they get their QB back

Bama- impossible

That’s not realistic. We’ll have no more than 4 losses. O will do good enough to keep his job.
4 loses with the talent LSU has should cost him his job. That’s terrible

Basically agree

6 wins is most likely. 7 is ceiling for me, and 5 is possible.

I'd say 4 wins is possible but odds so low, I'd compare it to saying we have the same odds to win 8 or 9 than we do to win 4.

We aren’t far off, but I would say 4 is more likely than 8

8 wins means 5-3 in the SEC. I personally think that’s impossible, while I don’t find 1-7 in the SEC impossible

That’s reasonable.

4 wins is the absolute floor IMO. That’s one SEC win essentially. Arky, State, UK aTM are all winnable from a talent perspective. I would think probability would dictate that we would get at least one W there.

If it's 5-6 we fire O and get Hal Hunter to coach the aggy game.

I’m thinking we get a “W” over ULM in game 11 more easily than over Central Michigan. Expect a Tiger victory next week to (more so) resemble Notre Dame’s victory yesterday over Toledo.

If 5-6 is the final tally, its anyone's guess. But unless O has a personal situation or is insubordinate, the best bet is he will not be terminated.

As disappointing as these 2 games were, this team will go as the OL line goes. UCLA could be really good and those blitzes were pretty complex for a young QB on the road with no run game.
LSU had a make shift O-line last night, not much can be learned from that.

If the OL coach is as good as we think he is and if the OL can get healthy, things could improve drastically. Theres enough there to maintain hope for now.

CMU next week shoud clear things up, if the OL is healthy.

If memory serves me correctly, we have played a D1 team and lost.

It would be a nice piece of karma if he got fired four games in.

If the WRs get rid of the dropsies, could be interesting...

This team will pull off an unexpected win or two...
