then hire a coach to keep the program afloat for 10 years while Cignetti gets more division 1 experience
What more is there to see?

If we are going to play make believe for today, the obvious answer would be to fire Kelly and Hire Baker. Clean out offensive staff. Arm baker with money to go get a great young OC, make People’s DC. Have Austin Thomas act as GM. Have baker focus strictly on winning games. I think it would work. At a minimum can’t be worse than it is rn.

Everyone is wasting their time. LSU doesn’t have Texas am money. And even Texas am had to go get and up and coming coach. LSU isn’t firing Kelly. He can go winless the remainder of the season, he will still b here for a couple of more years.

You're talking to a retard, and Cignetti is 64 years old. If we move on from a 63-year-old old I would prefer someone younger, not older.

Assuming it doesn't happen for a couple more years, Kelvin Sheppard should get a look.
You no longer need experienced recruiters anyway, assuming our front office will remain in place to handle all that

Phil Knight is in the twilight. Most in Oregon think once he passes their NIL will look much different.
Look at Oklahoma St once T Boone passed.

We are stuck with Kelly for the immediate future. He’s going nowhere
I agree he isn’t going anywhere for now. But if and when the time comes, I would love to see Matt Campbell at Iowa State get a look. Was hoping he would be approached during the last search before we got BK. Just my opinion.

Kelvin Sheppard is a better option for DC. He is DC for the Lions.
Kyle Williams is already here for DL coach.

Not near as important today with players largely bought.

Probably at least 3-4 more seasons...

The time for big time contracts are over especially with revenue sharing. I think you see schools going after oc and dc now.

What do you like about gruden? He was average in Tampa and only won the Super Bowl his first year because Tony dungy built that team. He was a disaster with the raiders. And you think he will do well never coached in college before?
