For LSU, any of the ones mentioned. But for the game, I’d nominate the UALR center fielder- if not for him, the game probably have been a blowout. (Ok, you don’t hand out awards for what might have been, and it’s considered sacrilege to credit the opponent, but still…)

It’s tempting to say Frey, obviously an amazing game

but Evans came in and stoped the bleeding and we bleeding like we were in a Kurosawa movie

I’ll go with Frey, simply because, being down 5-1, we needed the offense, and he provided plenty of it. Not to discount Evans’ night, or his contribution…..that performance will be talked about for a long time.
