I'm guessing you've never seen his film because you just described Jamarcus.
That dude obviously had the biggest cannon of an arm, but he was smart in the pocket and was great at short to intermediate throws as well.
Then he just threw it all away....

I love how some people think Flynn is better just because LSU won a natty with him. Hello, the 2007 team lost two regular season games just like the 2006 team, but were lucky enough that that was good enough to go to Atlanta and NCG. That 2006 team got robbed in Auburn, not to mention the shitty run game. And we lost Florida who later won the NC that year.

Ha Flynn QB'd that 2006 team we'd have had at least one less loss - Tennessee for sure

Every underneath throw was low and behind so the wr had to make a sliding catch with no yac even if he was wide open

Russell had the most talent.
that alone doesn't make you #1

We didn’t lose to Tennessee in 06 dumbass
Flynn couldn’t even beat Kentucky and Arkansas, you think he would’ve beaten 2 top 10 teams on the road?
Jones Hodson and Russell are top 3 in any order
Davey is 4th

On a similar thread last week I picked : 1.Bert Jones....2. JaMarcus Russell....3. Tommy Hodson. I will stick with that. I have seen them all since 1966.

That's damn good.
You guys are letting his NFL failure affect your memory of what he was at LSU.

how Joshy Booty isn't near the very, very bottom is beyond me:

4.7 ypa

34 INT

I don't even think about his nfl flop. I remember a lot of freshman mistakes, his late throw to doucet against auburn (even though there was a non PI call), and the goal line fumble at fla.
Posted on 6/14/18 at 10:08 am to higgins
So he’s not allowed mistakes
What about Mauck’s pick 6s in the 2 biggest games of the year and Flynn’s int in the end zone against Ark
In 06 he had almost half the interceptions of Mauck in 03 and a third less than Flynn in 07 while completing almost 70% of his passes with 28tds
Flynn didn’t even complete 60% of his passes and had less TDs
There is a reason 3 NC coaches including the greatest CFB coach of all time started Russell over Flynn

Russell was phenomenal here.

Good, The Ranking got it right, the best qb of all-time always deserves to be ranked no. 1 in whatever category/list relevant to his career

whomever did that list is an idiot since Mike Miley is not on it.

To be fair, the defense got skullfricked in both of those games. That obviously isn’t on Flynn.

In addition to the facts you presented, it also says alot when you apparently can't even find a pic of Booty playing QB. We had to find a BASEBALL pic to go with his ranking on a FOOTBALL rankings list.

im not hating on Russell. don't consider him lsu goat. just my opinion, man.
