RJ Fracois FG block vs Bama in '08. Maybe the single loudest moment in TS history. Would be on my list had we closed the deal in OT

I think it was Beckwith ? who got the recovery and had he cut back the other way - touchdown. What a moment

What year was it when we beat them at home for the first time in like 25 years or something like that

Was thinking about that one.

The real iconic moment in that game was the 2 dudes streaking across the field by bamas sideline. We took over after that.

Eddie Kennison 100 yard punt return against Mississippi St.

He picked up a bouncing punt that had gotten past him near the goal line and was immediately hit back into the end zone - but not tackled.

State’s coverage relaxed but there was no whistle and Eddie took it all the way up the west sideline after a crushing block just across midfield.

Bert Jones pass I Brad Davis as time expired vs. Ole Piss in 1972 followed by the winning PAT.

1. Billy Cannon punt return against Ole Miss
2. 2 point conversion in overtime against Bama
3. Bert Jones to Brad Davis winning pass with one second to go against Ole Miss
4. Jacob Hester 4th down heroics against Florida
5. Flynn TD pass on last play against Auburn
6. Fournette shredding Auburn defensive backs
7. Crowd chanting LSU! LSU! To put team on its back after late Georgia score on long screen pass TD
8. Orange throwing game as Tigers get revenge against Archie Manning
9. Joe “Burreaux” senior night
10. Herb Tyler and company take down number 1 Florida

Your top 3 are right on! Some of these don’t fit because they are not moments. Make #8 Eric Martin’s catch, on the deep ball, that blew the Oranges game open.

#6 should be Fournette running over one of them (plus this is definitely NOT top 10). You could replace it with Fuller’s catch in the Earthquake game.

The Burreaux was great but nowhere near top 10 in Tiger Stadium history. How about Royale’s catch in OT to beat Tennessee?

Same with #10; it’s not a moment.

Other considerations:
The Tulane fight.
Tebow crying as he left the field.
Benji Thibodeaux called for facemasking.
The 1997 interception against Florida that put us ahead 14 towards the end of the game.
The goal line stop against Ole Miss in the 1959 game.

As far as I know, this is the one and only time a punter has ever been flagged for taunting!

It was the one and only time ANY college football player had a TD overturned for taunting.

the list needs one of the greatest games ever played in Tiger Stadium - but we lost.

17-12 loss to no. 1 USC in 1979.
