one positive thing about the delay is the shadow that was surrounding home plate won't be there anymore hopefully. Should be easier for our hitters to track the pitches. Orel mentioned that being a problem for us yesterday in the first few innings. just sayin..

No offense taken. The last game they had rain, both WWL radio and The Score were saying that. They after awhile they came back and said ESPN was reporting a start time that was a good bit less than the 80 minutes and that time was indeed the time they started IIRC.

The Radar looks like the rain is going to be over soon. Maybe a light shower, but what was shown on ESPN should be moving out.

I think the confusion came in that the field hadn't been preped and all. The 80 minutes came from time to work the field and they were also saying both teams needed to take infield. Feild is good to go, so the time between pulling the tarp and first pitch won't be as much.
