Out of curiosity, why did the OP change the the title from "Moscona" to "Radio Guy"?

Exactly, Didn't Skip Bertman once say that he would listen to an Offer from the New York Yankees organization if they showed interest in him ?

Either Wade will win big and be here short term or he will lose big time and be here short term.

Personally, I would like to see Wade win big for 25 years at LSU.

Wade is gonna be here for a long time. He knows this program can absolutely be a powerhouse and he can be a legend here. No need to go anywhere else. He sees this as a sleeping giant

Pretty sure Tom Herman said something similar about Houston.

I would rather lose a coach because he won than fire a coach because he didn’t

LSU can be a Top 10 Program, consistently, with the right guy.

LSU isn't perfect, but it's a pretty special place and has great support for major athletics if the school invests in them. Other than it being some deeply rooted inferiority complex, I'm not sure why some folks think so negatively about the university they supposedly love and support.

From some close personal friends of Will Wade I do business with...not Will himself so make that clear....the feeling is he would like to test the NBA one day.

This is a stupid comment.

It is not an either are.

Both are very possible.

So he won't be here for 130 years like Dale Brown?

No one knows what motivates each coach. For some like Dale, he wanted to build a program....It could be the same for Wade ?????
If he does so, he can earn a very nice living w-out risking anything.... THERE IS ALWAYS RISK IN CHANGING SCHOOLS.

Time will tell.

yeah, those jobs aren't opening anytime son. Neither are duke, uk or ucla.

Maybe he might bolt for louisville or something but he hasn't even coached a game yet.

He might flame out and never make the tourney here

If they pay him & he's winning and able to recruit why wouldn't he stay?

Many a college coach has told me this Coach Wade is a diamond in the rough. I truly believe he is gonna be really good here. Knowing a little bit about him he loves this opportunity and knows he can make LSU a contender. That being said IMO if Cal would say leave in 5 years it could be an issue, if he is successful as I think he will be. I truly hope Cal leaves in a couple of years instead of five. I really don't think he would leave us for anywhere other than Kentucky, hopefully we are successful enough for his name to be in that hat. If Kentucky calls you can't really offer a guy enough money. We really have a lot to be excited about. The #3 recruiting class in 18 and possibly 1 before its over with.
