So here is the link that was provided on this site in 2017 as proof that O actually went and did that shite.

Here’s the thread that started it all:

But if you look at the updated status, you’ll see it now reads: “Active Not In Good Standing For Failure To File Annual Report.”
What does this mean? Genuinely curious. I know nothing about this stuff. And have fun browsing through that thread. I did.

This is nothing out of the ordinary.
Probably hasn't needed to use the LLC for anything and forgot to file.

Have to file annually with a minimum fee yearly to register corp or llc with the state. Could be an oversight, could have been dissolved after divorce, could be dissolution of the company and started a new company, but probably not as nefarious as we all hope!

He probably had his wife listed as an officer or owner and dissolved that LLC when they divorced. I have my wife as a minority owner in my LLC as a pass through for tax purposes. You have to pay $200 a year to the state to keep it registered as well which is what was not done here.

Means he just missed the date for filing the annual report. Not a big deal. Once you file it, you are back in good standing.
