I’ll admit, I think Paul should have at least 1 more natty at this point. I was starting to doubt him some and thought he might be getting too content before last year’s run, but he pulled it together.

My biggest gripe with him is when or not to pull pitchers. Should he have more than 1 title probably but you can't argue with his success here overall, especially in today's game when there are a decent amount of good teams compared to years past.

I think the game took a major turn for the worse when they changed the bats. Thanks to gorilla ball. What you think? I really think that the executives of major league teams asked the universities to make the game more like MLB. Seems it would be easier to grade out players.

Paul has won a lot of games. He has won a national title and has a national runner up to his resume. His teams traditionally struggle early but improve over the course of the season. What other active college baseball coach is doing more than Mainieri ?
Winning five national baseball titles in ten seasons is not going to occur anymore with any college or university. Too much competition.
