Purchased fake Bama tickets. They got me in the game but seats were already occupied!!!

This is a new diversion tactic from the athletic office. Very interesting that it just so happened to be posted during the coach's show by an alter with the first post.

Did you get to stay in the stadium? I’ve always wondered what would happen if I purchased double sold tickets. Figured it would be whoever scanned in first.

If tickets are reproduced the new barcode is supposed to cancel out the old one.

This happened to me Saturday with 3 tickets. Got them from an acquaintance selling for her mom. Guess she forgot that she sold them already. Had to kind of sneak in. I’m sure ticket lady saw us but she didn’t do anything

i know that the people sitting behind me had the barcodes on the their phone. then the people with the actual ticket showed up. they got security, but the people with the actual ticket got to sit in the seats.

They were probably real tickets printed multiple times and resold. I had this happen at an FSU game after FIL bought paper stubhub tickets.
Barcode scanner gave the green light and about 4-5 separate groups came to the same seats through the first quarter.
It happens so caveat emptor buying from scalpers these days.
