Well, Burrow did say that were he to go down, that Myles can do anything that he can do.

Except thst there are 4 returning starters, and several others with playing time st a position where continuity matters. It will go against the norm if line is not markedly better.

So we’re ignoring the numbers from the scrimmage and just expecting them to get better?

Got it.

Is this better or worse than the people who believe John Brady is “running” the LSU offense?

This. He’s being held hostage and prevented from helping his team and pursuing his career over an unproven allegation.

Burrow's the one that said it. Why are you yelling at me?

I’m just wondering what is acceptable to believe, for us as fans.

If Orgeron says the offensive line is going to be great.....Is that a done deal, or should it be taken with a grain of salt? I lean towards the latter. Ed lives to tell the fans what they want to hear.

If Burrow says Brennan is ready if he’s called on, is that true or is Burrow giving the answer that doesn’t cause any problems between him and the young man he spends every single day with? Again, I lean towards the latter. Burrow isn’t going to say LSU is in trouble if he goes down.

If you’re going to call out someone for taking Burrow’s word as gospel, you better call out the ones who take Orgerons words the same way.

It’s all horseshite in the preseason. I don’t care if we keep getting told how great the Oline looks. The fact is they were bad last year and it seems they’re still having trouble this year.

What numbers? You seem to be only using 1 (sacks) while not knowing how many plays we ran, how many of those were pass plays, how many sacks the 1st team OL gave up, etc... By equating it to a real game, you’re also missing the most obvious fricking thing about a scrimmage—our offense played literally EVERY snap. Without any sort of context, it’s hard to get too worked up over 5 sacks. Though you and a lot of others have a done a pretty good of messing up the board with your bleeding c unts. It could be way better than it sounds or way worse. We have no idea.

What’s burrow gonna say? Brennan’s not good or not ready? Lol

All the players are saying they are installing new stuff. So yea, I believe Brady has his fingerprints all over this.

You don’t universally have to believe everything, or not believe. That’s so frickin dumb

How many do you think we ran? Let’s say we ran 100.

That’s 3 sacks per 60 plays. I’ll let you take a guess where that lands in the conference.

I’m looking at an offensive line that finished last in the conference last season in sacks allowed and just struggled with that area in another scrimmage.

If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I don’t call it a horse.

That literally what I just said. The idea that any player, or any coach, are going to be completely honest is laughable.

Ah. So when you like what you hear, it’s totally fine to take them at their word. When a player says something that you don’t agree with, it’s bullshite.

Got it.

Wouldn’t I like to hear that Brennan is the truth? that makes zero sense. Stop drunk posting, you’re even more illogical than usual

So how do you discern what's bullshite and what's not? Isn't it all open to interpretation?

Apparently not. You just flat out said Burrow was lying about it. Meanwhile, you believe Brady is installing RPO concepts while LSU still can’t protect the quarterback. The players have to be believed about that, just not Burrow I guess. He’s obviously a liar.

How can Brennan Improve if he doesn’t play. We have put everything on the horse called burrow, so if the team doesn’t win it all this year, we don’t have an experienced qb next year. We will step back in time once again.

Yes.

It’s a scrimmage. Does anyone even know how many of these were against 1st team OL?

I wonder what would happen if you put Deculus at guard and left Anthony Bradford at right tackle

You’d lose 8 games
