I suggest anyone who question Johnson(not many now) listen to the whole interview. He knows the ins and outs of everything around the program and just a really intelligent thankful guy that gets every faucet of his process to win Titles. He is young at 45. This dude is in for greatness. Which now he already has in hand.
We are in for ride.

I like what Jay Johnson said about the idea behind not starting Skenes. First off he said they do testing and they were only going to let him throw around 30 pitches. So he didn't want to start him, because then Florida would have an emotional boost once Skenes came out the game. That's absolutely true.
I think the idea of Skenes late in the game is much more intimidating (if he's going to be that limited.) I saw Cooper give an interview and he also said if the game had been within 5 they would have gone to Skenes.

There is no other coach I would want. As he says, this is his whole life. His dad gave an interview and said nobody is going to outwork him. He's special.

Yeah, all the -kings had to crawl back in their holes. Been a bad year for the Ed and Pawl lovers.

Excellent interviews. Impossible not to like Coach Johnson

My only regret is that I scrolled back to watch UF’s press conference and had to watch a great dude like BT Riopelle struggle through that interview after a tough loss.
For me, Sully is easy not to like but every one of those players seems like great guys. They will all be playing in MLB I think. I know Langford is gonna be great but I think Rivera has as high a ceiling as anyone on that Florida team.
Sully managed to give those backhanded compliments multiple times.

Yes, interesting how Jay emphasized beating the SEC schools more than #1 Wake Forrest in the tournament. He now really does know what a grinder the SEC is after two years.

The Florida players showed class and integrity. They were sure to thank God. Well done.

Compare that to O’Sullivan repeatedly crapping on his starting pitchers. So glad to have CJJ.

What an incredible coach…his feel for his team’s psyche is unmatched. I feel so comfortable with him as our coach.

The boys trying to take the chairs and the guy scolds them, “No, not the chairs…” LOL my favorite part of the pc.
