Center sneak.
Either center sneak, or 14 (likely 18 by then?) takes a hand off to the left, with 43 (could be 18 by then?) in front, right over where 70 USED to be. Instead of 70 being there though, there's what's known as a hole, which is a funny word to describe unclaimed Houston real estate.
Edit - I guess 70 could be 18 too? I just think that the first play will not ask anyone that doesn't have "SR" after their name to do much.

Offense: Cam gets bold and goes right to a play action pass designed for Dural. Pass is incomplete but Wisky is on their toes.
Defense: Wisky tries to establish the run with a run up the middle but Gordon is stuffed at the LOS by all three LSU linebackers.
