$1,000,000 per with post-season incentives. I believe his current package at UNT is around 400K.

it certainly is. I think the whole "interview" process was a sham. Make it appear you tried to lure in a big name and then had to turn to Johnny.

He should be paying us ... this is an epic fail of a hire. I predict Alleva will either be fired or he will take another job in the next 12 months.
