I'm sure this thread cleared up all his confusion......

I don't think it's possible

Is there any question why I am unsure.

Better question...has anyone ever walked to north endzone with a South Upper ticket, and if so how did you do it?

I have walked back and forth from the SEZ upper to the lower main seatback areas (tween the 40's) fairly easily. I have never tried to go over to the student section though. Sorry.
Also, can make it from Lower SEZ to the upper SEZ fairly easily.
I think they like to keep the students "cointained".

it all has to do with they don't want fans in non gold seats to be able to get to the gold seats.

Once again. Thanks for the help.

I had the same problem last year. Here's what I did...
I got a ticket for the West side, entered the gates, and headed North. I went to the northern-most, lower bowl access ramp (the ground level ramp to Section 106). You can walk North through a corridor under section 221, 220, 219 into the NEZ. There were a few older goons there making sure noone crossed over from the NEZ to the West Lower Bowl. But, I just waited for a few students to distract the ushers before I walked through.
This way absoultely works. So if you can find a way from the SEZ to the West side, you're home free.
As for alternate routes, I'm not sure. There is a walkway around the bottom of the whole stadium near the ground seating ramps, but I think there are some chain-link fences that prevent people from crossing over from section to section (East, Southeast, and Southwest... Although I'm not sure).

Thanks.

This sounds pretty legit. Also, as for as the guys blocking the way, is this where holding onto my student ID could come in handy?

So Golfer...if you are still reading this. If i can enter through the gate on the Southwest Corner of the stadium, I should be able to get under the west upper and to this northern most west upper access ramp correct?

So, the proven path seems to be:
From SEZ, cross over from SEZ Upper to Lower Bowl Seatback areas. Then, proceed to ground level and walk to Section 106. Walk through the corridor by the First Aid Station to NEZ.
Hope this clears everything up. Good Luck!

This sounds like a plan. I am kinda under the opinion of...if there is a way, I will find it, but I do not want to buy the tickets and have to hear 3 months worth of bitching about not being able to sit by her

There are some bathrooms right by the access ramp. So, it's a good excuse to be in the area. You can come out and just start walking through the corridor. If they stop you, you can flash the ID, but I doubt they care about people going from the Lower Bowl to the student section. Besides, the first aid station is there as a good excuse.
I do want to clarify that the cross-over is at the very bottom of the stadium... not the upper deck. If you pull up the stadium seating chart, you can see the first aid station below section 221 and the small walk way that extends from Section 201 to 106.
If all else fails, you'll just have to find a nice cozy seat at the 50 yard line.

Thanks this is a big help...along with everyone else who has chimed in.

There is no way to get from the student sec. to the south endzone. You'd have to climb over a few concrete walls and a chain link fence or two. Not happening.

I guess those fences and walls were built between Arkansas Game in '09 and today, then.
You realize part of the student section is on the West Sideline, therefore there has to be a way to get from Gates 7/8 (student entrance in the North Endzone) to the West Side.

I'm in the West Upper, so I can't see, but the students sit in some of the gold seats, in section 105 or 106?

I have a chance to buy a single season ticket in the South Endzone, but I am wondering if there is any way for me to sit with her during the games if I buy this SEZ ticket.
Yep. Just walk around inside the stadium from section to section. I've done it more than once and no one said anything to me.
It cannot be done via the concourses.

yes you can anywhere from the west side. I've had tickets in the south and made it before. Its tricky but if you get to the game an hour or more early you can walk through the stands on the east side and hop over two concrete barriers. gotta watch out for the marshalls a bit. there isn't usually very many around that early. people look at you like your crazy as hell though

Here's the best way to explain it:
At ground level, everything inside the red is "in the stadium". If you enter the Main Gate on the Southwest side, simply walk straight in along the concourse. Everything under the West Upperdeck is fenced and ticketed persons only are allowed. When you get to the tunnel at the Northwest Corner (this is also the tunnel the refs use at halftime) walk past the marshalls (they are there to keep non-students out as this is now the student section). Have your ID on you and you'll be fine.
Walk into the tunnel, hang a left (before getting all the way out towards the field) into the next tunnel. This will lead you to the North Endzone, general admission seats in the Student Section.
