Pope Leo XIV’s lung cancer surgery last week was a success and no further treatment is required, the Vatican press office said in a bulletin Wednesday.
“The final histological reports and molecular biology analyses of the tissue removed during the Holy Father’s surgery have been completed today,” said Dr. Luigi Carbone and Dr. Stefano Margaritora, who treated the pope.
“The results have confirmed that the condition was a pulmonary adenocarcinoma and that the disease was localized. A subsequent oncological evaluation has confirmed that no further therapy is required,” the bulletin added

Was Pope Francis quoting scripture when he said that all religions lead to God? Must have missed that hymn.

Guess the thoughts and prayers weren't enough. Good to have a Plan B though.

He gets a reprieve for now. Still will burn in hell with the rest of today's Catholics.

Assuming you're a Christian...if I were you, I'd probably be more concerned about my frequent participation in threads discussing how to obtain images of naked women.
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’[e] 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.
Matthew 5:27-30

A member of The Church of Christ I take it?
What a freaky group. Everyone goes to hell except for them, lol

What about the general cancer at the Vatican itself?
