Vote if you can and read the reviews

Tiger Stadium (Death Valley) is getting some good props and leads the voting.

Unfortunately the stadium hasn't been that loud lately. Let's change that for the remaining home games.

People are living off the past. Tiger stadium has not been as intimidating as it was up until the mid-80's. Sure, we have had a few games here and there that have had great atmosphere, but for the most part just an average stadium.

It hurts to say this but it's true. It's just not the same for whatever reason!

we can still get up big night games- but if were playing an average team or a day game, the atmosphere is pedestrian.

personally, i think the reason is the increased ticket prices. they have priced out the average fan, and the "symphony" crowd has moved in. lets just say these people cheer, but not on the level LSU fans are accustomed

I think it is a different mentailty. Back then, people took pride in being the most intimidating place to play. The crowd brought their A-game every week. Today, there is no pride in living up to the accolades. Think of it as a job. Bring you A game everytime you take step in Tiger Stadium. It is a sleeping giant in waiting.

This is also true of every stadium on that list. A lot of the people who love to bitch about everything under the sun on this site have the mistaken belief that LSU fans are the only ones who don't scream at the top of their lungs when their team is beating a nonconference opponent by 30 points. Or leave early.
