Some reasons you may not spend what someone else would spend is based on need…value of position…risk tolerance, total funds available, etc.
I think Pimpton is a very good pass receiver.

Does it matter? Everyone on here pretty much agree that bowl games are basically meaningless now because they are. If most are in agreement with that, why should anyone care who does and doesn’t play in a meaningless game?

The players playing in the game want to win the game, sure. But winning or losing the Texas Bowl is going to have no net effect on the trajectory of the program. Honestly, the only beneficial aspect of bowls are the additional practices for players returning. With that in mind, wouldn’t bother me at all to only play guys who will be back next season and guys who received very little playing time this year. They’re exhibition games now. We should treat them that way

every year i find myself caring less and less about lsu and cfb. The tranfser portal and NIL at the same time is going to kill this sport, i hope.

He was not used correctly. Lob pass to the end zone with him as a wide receiver. Just let him jump up to snag it and no defensive player could stop it.
