Yes, he definitely needed to go, but for any HC who wants to keep his job, it was an easy decision.

And yet it was not made until O got control.

Also peveto called his recruits to inform them of the move and told them to stay at LSU no matter what.
Any recruit that's only going to LSU because they were recruited by BDP is not LSU/SEC material.............

Classy move by Peveto. We did need a change with the special teams. O immediately made a change with the offensive coordinator which was positive and now with the special teams. He is moving LSU in the right direction. Now that the decision is made and he's the coach, all we can hope for is that he keeps making changes to move us up a level.

Time for Chalmette native, Bobby "Teen Angel" April to come back to Louisiana and head up the special teams for Coach O

Good luck to him elsewhere...except if his new spot tries to get one of our recruiting targets or plays us.

I regret that I only have one upvote to give.

Goodbye Peveto.

And don't come back.

Nothing personal against BDP. He seems like a good guy who was out of place. Hope he finds a position that's a good fit and where he can be productive. As someone else mentioned, he may follow Les Miles to his next stop.
