Yes, he definitely needed to go, but for any HC who wants to keep his job, it was an easy decision.

An easy decision for anyone other than Les Miles...... CLM had a lot of good traits, but he was sometimes loyal to a fault, as w/ Coach BDP.

I had hoped that he would be brought on as a consultant. The man can recruit!

0 pts against bama.
10 pts against fla.

Both at home.

Only two teams with a pulse.

We had 423 yards against Florida. The issues were a blocked FG, fumble in the RZ, Fumble on a kickoff return and a RB who went the wrong way. LSU dominated the game, except in these key points. It was a terribly disappointing loss, second worse of the season after Auburn but the offense looked good most of the game.

Probably one of many reasons BDP is gone

Could be. Kickoffs out of bounds, terrible kickoff coverage...on and on...

That was the only caveat.

Domino fell.

I'm all in with Coach O!

Bradley Dale's family, Les and our 6 kicking "specialists" that are on scholarship. That herd needs to be culled too. If Gamble is unable to reach the end zone or keep it between the hash marks consistently, his scholarship needs to be pulled. Same for our punter. Being an Austrailian rugby players =/= being a good punter.

I thought Growden had a good season after Coach O took over. As for Gamble, he can kick it thru the endzone, I believe BDP had him directional kicking and trying to pin it on the 1 for the longest possible return.
