Not worried at all.
These guys practice against the best
every day. If LSU keeps the mistakes
to minimum, a win will be easy.

Mett will gain the respect he deserves but it won't be for a while

He doesn't deserve any respect as of now. We all expect him to turn in performances in the future that will demand respect but as of right now all he has done is turn in some solid games against vastly inferior competition. Its not a slight against LSU when one of the media talking heads states that we have an unproven quarterback, thats just the facts of the matter. He won't be considered a proven quarterback until he either A) dominates Alabama in the passing game and/or
B) turns in consistently solid performances throughout a whole season.

Dude has a gun for an arm. That is a provem, he just needs to learn to become a QB and that means doing the things a QB needs to know how to do to succeed at the next level. Right now he is staring down his targets, taking to long to get rid of the ball causing him to take needless hits because his OLine is already not blockin well.

dude needs to go through his progressions and not force in a ball like he did in that INT that should have been a TD at the goal line against Idaho St. He corrects those things and dude will lead Tigers to a title!

Whether he's been tested or not, he will be no worse and likely at least somewhat better than what we had at QB the last time we played at Auburn and Florida.

Tom and other 'experts' forget that this is Les Miles' team, and he will RUN the ball until Auburn and Florida stop the run. The lack of experience at QB and WR will not be as much of a factor as these so-called experts are saying.

Now against Bama, and to some extent USCe, that passing game will need to be a factor.

Looking forward to Landry taking what he did on the last level to this one.

The receiver to me that I believe has a very high ceiling is Wright. James MF Wright

What about Boone, eh? All he does is score.

This is the same guy that ranked Jalen Mills the 140th best high school cb? Is this the same guy that this week when ranking the top 5 non sec defenses ranked Texas ahead of Standford. A team that just gave up over 30 to ole miss. Please tell me your not taking him serious.
