They never fully said that Burch was coming here - and outright said they were just guessing

They never said he was coming. You're thinking of Vol who said he just felt really good about it.

Even USCe boards are saying he wanted LSU but it was too far for mama.

Remember the Georgia rb in the seccg? That’s basically what this is. If he plays he’ll be a nonfactor

No way he plays. Anyone who has ever had a hammy injury understands this. It’s just O making OU believe he might play so they have to prepare for it. Good strategy IMO.

Pay sites are saying he’s out

...and they're never wrong. (Just kidding)

I doubt he plays unless he's a decoy. There's no reason for Coach O to give the Sooners any information.
I still think these kids are going to have to step up and hopefully they can catch some balls. I sure hope they got extra work on the JUGs.

I don't think there is any way he plays vs OU, but my optimism has increased regarding his availability for the Natty...I can tell you that!

Play him as a decoy. OU has to play to his presence. Even without a hard cut, he can be a tremendous safety valve.

No need to play him if he is not 100%. I am sure we are going to need him a lot more for the championship game. No point in aggravating his injury here when you have all American receivers. remember, Delpit was so much better after his injury healed.

I don't get why Lester is getting the blowback on this. People keep asking for any little nugget that they can get on Clyde's health. The guy offered that he has a source and gave the info. Where's the issue here?

Clyde is going to play. I've been saying this ever since some of our fans were freaking out about it when it first came out about him simply being on crutches lol. They make players use crutches most of the time just as a precaution and nothing else. Kinda like when the training staff tells players to go down on the field if there is even the slightest feeling of them not being 100%...even if they could easily make it to the sidelines without help...it's a precaution, nothing else. Nevertheless, some of our fans thought of the absolute worst case scenario concerning Clyde lol. They acted like he tore his ACL or something...just ridiculous. Geaux Tigers.
