All I saw from someone saying that they were a Dr was that the swelling wouldn't keep him from getting an MRI. If someone I trusted gave me some info, I would stick with it too.

I think we can handle OU without Clyde. I'd suit him up but not play him unless critically necessary. I'd rather he was 100% for the next game.
This.
With the players OU have out, we should rest Clyde so there isn't a chance of him re-injuring or worsening his hamstring.
OU's defense was weak before their suspensions but now, it will be impossible for them to stop Joe, the receivers, and our running backs.

Probably smarter to rest and rehab him until the CG.

I’m getting blow back because A) it’s me and B) everyone wants things sensationalized on here
Shea Dixon even said today that the injury was not as severe as they originally thought when he went down.
That’s what I heard late last week. That they feared it was torn. As of Saturday they still had not MRI’d cause of swelling.,
There was no Dr on here that debunked anything :lol;

Now Shea is changing what he is saying. I told yall a week ago it was not a tear. Some of yall were claiming it was. I said he was being held out for precautionary reasons. From what I gathered it was basically he strained it. He was scared when it happened and thought it tore. He will play in the game and the only reason he will not is if he is absolutely not needed.

Instead of playing the normal 80-90% of the reps ; it's possible to play only 40-50%

If a situation changes due to evolving circumstances, 50% on this board can’t wrap their head around that. They will believe that the original info was a bald-face lie.
