Both defenses are damn strong. Special teams, field position, and a more varied offensive attck, along with an extra turnover will get the Tigers the win.

I have to add that JL will be a difference, I expect him to play better and not commit any mistakes, where as the freshman qb for Bama, will be under alot of pressure.. I am sure Bama will run as much as possible and take pressure off of the qb... the special teams will be the difference.. we know there will be alot of punting, you gotta give that edge to LSU, big time.... IMO

In my computer models UA beats LSU 8 out of 12 times from 3 to 17 points. LSU wins 4 times by 1 to 3 points. By these models UA has a 2 to 1 chance to beat LSU by an average of about 10 points. LSU has a 1 in 2 chance of beating UA by an average of 2 points. There will be 2 more games for each and a number of opponents data to add to the mix over the next three weekends, but right now my guess would be:
UA 20
LSU 10

The one thing that does seperate the Crimson Tide from the Tigers is, we have Nick Saban and staff. They have Les Miles and his cast of misfits. So, I'm not worried, if it comes down to the final minutes, Les Miles will mess up the clock management. Go Bama.

The funny thing is they don't even realize that miles outcoached saban last year (or they forget) and that when lsu beats bama this year, saban will have lost 3/5 to miles, and gone 5 years with only 1 SEC title, while miles will have 2 in 7 years. People who think saban is better are not results oriented people...they are the type that are easily fooled by the media, and are followers.

Yeah I've been reading through the Bama fest that is those comments. Pretty entertaining.

Maybe my fav:

Of course, I would be happy with 6-3, but I would prefer a nice 28-10 throttling, just so I could see Lester Miles squirm in his postgame press conference. He and his team are so arrogant....

Les has been accused of being many many things, but arrogant is a first!

Personally, I liked the Bama idiot who said he hopes they roll us because Miles and his team are so arrogant. Please tell me a Bama fan didn't just say this???

68-17 = 80%
Hardly misfits.

Bama fans are complete douches. I mean, you're new God is only
2-2 against Miles, and would it would be worse if Perriloux wasn't dismissed from the team. How exactly does that 2-2 record give you a coaching advantage. These people have no idea how to evaluate based on logic. I loathe Bama fans for this inability. They are too busy rim jobbing the Coaches.

God help me, but I understand what he is saying......

LSU wins 4 out of 12 games....33% of the time.

Bama wins 8 out of 12 games......66% of the time.

Bama wins 2 for every 1 game LSU wins.

I picture someone that really needs attention sitting behind a computer when I saw that comment.

Computers aren't going to win the day. The LSU defense with some creative offensive play calling will though.

It's becoming increasingly apparent that the Alabama-LSU game will be for all the marbles in the SEC.

I thought this was understood before the season even started.

With all due respect to Trent Richardson and Rueben Randle, it'll be decided by defense.

I actually disagree. I think offense is what separates the winner from the loser. Both defenses are going to be insane.

I can not predict the future, but I'm pretty sure LSU can play with Alabama. Alabama fans (and some LSU fans) think they are unbeatable, they're fans, I get that. But I do not think for 1 minute that Bama is in any way superior. Sorry. Just don't.

seriously? As of now, Miles has one SEC championship and Saban has 3. It's the second week of October and you want to count '11 as another SEC title for Miles because you're a flaming homer.
