I disagree with this. As of now, Kelly hasn’t had us even in playoff contention.
Could things get worse with another coach? Sure. But as long as you don’t sign them to a 10 year / $100MM DEAL, you keep searching till you find someone that can actual have you competing for a title consistently.

I would hope that Penn St hires Elko…I think he is an extremely underrated coach and I would love to see Aggie weakened

He would seem to be a fit for thst job but if you've just fired James Franklin after winning a bunch of games but failing to win the biggest games, Brian Kelly is going to be a tough sell.

Brian Kelly came in and stabilized a program that was a sinking ship. Not only did he do that, he has won and has won here consistently. Maybe it hasn't been what we've all wanted up to this point, but he's been good here. It can be so much worse. You'd think LSU fans would understand this, but alas, we have fans calling for a coach who has his team in the top 10 despite his 5th year senior QB playing like absolute arse.
