while not ideal, could parker give 5-10 mins off the bench as a sharpshooter?

might as well put him on scholarship

he has proven he can score (25 points vs LSU)

He can start if given a fair opportunity.
Let him jack up 12 - 20 long range 3s a game and watch him average 20+ for the next couple of years.

Outside of one game when we weren't guarding him, he has like 3 career points and probably a single digit shooting percentage.

He's not a sharpshooter and he doesn't play defense.

dude could shoot 33% if given the opportunity

I think he should be given a fair chance to play next season

He was good enough to score on us but not good enough to play under Wade. Our best player came off the bench too. Some coaches just think they know more than they do.

If Parker Edwards is playing meaningful minutes, we are looking at going 0-18 in SEC.

Y'all are insane. He hit wide open 3s against us ONCE and he plays zero defense or even offense beyond standing in the corner waiting for his man to forget about him.

No, b-ball was my sport in HS, decent, good shooter, 92% FT, but when we had games against potential SEC players , it was a whole different ball game. He can shoot when open, pays his way and just happy to be there. We played Anthony Wilson in the playoffs, had our best player on him (also D1 player), Wilson had 5 points at halftime, my teammate got 4 fouls early, AW ended up with 37pts and the win, I was Parker Edwards, the answer is NO!

Absolutely not. He's not a rotational player at an SEC level. Dude's got a dad bod

Please don't let 10 minutes of garbage time 3's in a 30 point ballgame fool you. Parker Edwards averaged 6 minutes per game at Southeastern before transferring to LSU for a reason.

He's not an SEC caliber player.

Further proof that a lot of posters around here don't know shite about basketball. Calling for Parker fricking Edwards to start in the SEC.

You're just as stupid for wanting him to get 5-10 minutes.

If players continue transferring and recruits dropping LSU, he might have to start!
