I don’t need to explain my credibility, but it’s there. I’ve been around the game a long time.

Looking at our quarterbacks and wide receivers in the filmed portion of practice is lackluster.

Receivers are jogging the fade routes. There is not much QB coaching going on.

Tell me I’m wrong?

Specifically this video—

They were getting too tired in Miles' mean/tough practices... Ed told em to take it easy

the filmed portion

Those 10-15 second clips during the short time the media is there tell the whole story, you’re right. I’ve seen coaching in those clips, notably from sullivan to the receivers.

Practice like you play all of the time. I said QB coaching. You said receivers.

When in the last 10 years have you seen clips of the WRs lined up 10-15 yards deep, on the hash, running toward the side line and the QBs making that throw.......while Jerry Sullivan is making sure the WRs keep their foot down........

You haven’t.......

I wouldnt take too much from these short clips, but i do remember Cam laying into guys instructing them during the qb clips when he was here.

That is a drill where the receiver is already standing down field and as soon as the qb releases the ball the WR goes and gets it. Probably a warm up drill. You can clearly see the small group of WR standing there.

The WR actually look like walk on guys. WR are probably practicing individual drills.

The QB's are throwing basic fade routes to walk-ons who don't give a shite

It's just a warm-up drill to practice putting touch on the ball.

I don't know specifically what this drill is, but it's clearly a warmup/specific drill on placing the ball in a spot in the end zone to irrelevant white boy receivers. This is for the QB's, and it looks fine.

I'll interpret this for everyone: He has never played or coached, but he does play Madden and he does have a "man cave" where he watches old football games and drinks plenty of PBR.

What were they working on? What was needing to be coached?

Were they throwing front or back pylon, back shoulder?

Oh, and if this was a timing drill, why were they throwing to walk ons?

If your credentials were worth anything there is no way you would have picked this clip to pick on.

And I hate the fact that O is our coach, figured I needed to throw that in there.

Its a Drop a Dime drill for ball placement and has no relevance to a receiver going all out to beating a defensive back. Quit looking for every damn negative angle.

It’s such a small sample size you can’t really make an accurate judgement but I do find it odd that Sullivan is on top of the WR coaching every move they make and Einsminger is just watching the QB’s.

Especially the Jordan Loving. His motion and form are terrible but it looks like they’re gonna let it ride.

It appears the WR were already 20 yards ahead line of scrimmage.
