Yes, and I think it's more for QBs. Working on placement of fade, always need to put ball at boundary away from defender. I do agree they should be running the full route though and working the whole timing of the route and release of the throw.

I’m not talking about that specific video. I’m talking about all the videos that have been posted.

I hate slow pace practices.

The one's where there are many people watching a few. Everybody should be doing something. If anything, acting as opposition to someone else drilling.

Miles had slow paced practices.

Seems this staff has fallen into that trap too.

That is a placement throw, it's a typical QB practice drill. Notice who is catching the fade, none of your top receivers. Purely a QB accuracy development drill along the sideline.

You probably think baseball players who practice on a tee are wasting their time.

Watching from your couch counts as being around the game?

Miles’ practices were notoriously brutal.
We're probably talking about 2 different things.

Yeah, Miles would have them run 60-80 plays, full speed, often full contact. And that is indeed brutal. For the guys running those plays.

Nothing sucks more than standing around, in the heat and humidity, watching other guys drill/practice. Maybe for the one's going through the motions it was ok. But for the one's who practice to get better you don't want to stand around. Nothing saps a groups energy more than standing around watching other people get better.

The "pace" and routine/schedule of a practice should be drill to drill and everybody should be either on their way to start the next thing, or doing the next thing.

And running plays over and over, the same plays, during a season isn't necessarily "game planning". When your Tuesday practice in Nov looks like the first week in August's practice, you're doing something wrong.

Yep, you are gonna need to explain it. In fact, as soon as you posted the video of the white boy catching dummies in an accuracy drill for the QBs criticizing their pace on the routes, you lost all that long time credibility.
